Mindful Sketching Courses

Emz's journey of healing from PTSD has been aided by forest bathing and mindful sketching techniques, which she practices daily. She has been sharing her experience and knowledge by leading workshops across London since 2022. These workshops focus on using breathing techniques and sketching to help adults and children cope with anxiety.
